Houston Rockets forward P.J. Tucker recently purchased a Rolls-Royce Cullinan. While it’s quite a car to add to one’s collection, what Tucker is know for is his sneaker collection, which just grew by one very exclusive pair of Air Jordan 3s themed to match his new car.
It makes sense that a basketball player would go nuts for sneakers, but Tucker’s collection is truly impressive. He has over 2,200 pairs of sneakers and he wears a pair from his rare collection every time he plays.

Another first! This time, my first full reconstruction on a Jordan 3 silhouette! Made for my dude @therealpjtucker17 on behalf of the fine people of @postoakmotorcars in Houston. We collaborated on this fine gift to match PJs newest acquisition, the new @rollsroycecars #Cullinan. Luxe white with red interior! . . . . #nicekicks #solecollector #solesociety #sneakernews #shoes #hypebeast #customkicks #jordans #followme #kicksonfire #kickstagram #kicks0l0gy #love #sneakers #highsnobiety #complexkicks #complexkicks #dankandco #dankcustoms #kicksoftheday #angelusdirect #sneakernews #igsneakercommunity #shoegame #grexairbrush #jordan3 #jordan #recon #rollsroycecullinan #rollsroyce
Although sneakers don’t cost as much as luxury cars, the ones in Tucker’s collection aren’t exactly cheap. He wore a $20,000 pair of Stewie Griffin-themed Nike LeBron 6s on Christmas Day. This guy is serious about his kicks.
The latest addition to his collection comes courtesy of Post Oak Motors out of Houston, Texas which sold him the Rolls-Royce Cullinan. It seems the dealership wanted to get him a little gift and a pair of custom sneakers was the perfect choice. It commissioned a pair of Rolls-Royce themed Air Jordan 3s to perfectly match his car.
The sneakers were designed by Jake Danklefs of Dank & Co. with the same color scheme as Tucker’s car. They’re all white on the outside with a variety of textured leathers including alligator and reptile prints with a light blue sole.
There’s also a bright red interior the same as the interior of Tucker’s Cullinan. The finishing touch is a bold Rolls-Royce logo embroidered onto the tongue.
Tucker can wear his new sneakers while he drives his new Cullinan, or he can mix it up and wear them while driving one of the other exclusive cars in his collection. Yes, in addition to collecting sneakers he has a nice collection of cars.
It includes a Porsche 911, Rolls-Royce Phantom, and Lamborghini Aventador. These cars are a far cry from the one his mom bought him when he was only a teenager. That ride was a humble Nissan Maxima painted gold.
From a Nissan Maxima to a Rolls-Royce Cullinan with matching custom sneakers. That’s a pretty good run already for a guy who’s only 33-years old. We hope he enjoys the sneakers and his swank new car.
