BestRide on the Radio: WBZ-1030, Wednesday, August 2 at Midnight EST

Posted by

BestRide Editor-in-Chief Craig Fitzgerald is on WBZ-AM 1030 tonight (tomorrow morning?) at midnight with his pal Bradley Jay. We want to know if you can drive a manual transmission.

Only 4% of the new cars sold in America have a manual transmission, and there’s only one full-size pickup available with a stick. We want to know what your interest is in buying a manual.

There’s good reason to know how to drive one: you can start one with a dead battery without jumper cables, they’re harder for non-stick driving thieves to steal, and if you want a job as a driver at UPS, you have to know how to drive one.

Craig appears on Jay Talking once a month, from Midnight to 2:00 am EST. You can listen to last month’s appearance at this link, and the show streams live, and you can listen to last month’s episode at WBZ’s website below:

Listen to Craig on Jay Talking from June 8, 2016

Every weeknight from midnight to 5am, Bradley Jay addresses the daily dilemmas all New Englanders face – it’s a show for everyone – on WBZ NewsRadio 1030.

WBZ-AM is consistently one of Boston’s top-rated radio stations. It’s a 50,000 watt station, and at night, it can be heard all over the East Coast.
