The 2016 MINI Cooper Hardtop John Cooper Works is the first JCW model built on BMW Group’s heard front-wheel drive architecture. It features a 2.0- liter 4-cylinder engine with MINI TwinPower Turbo Technology, the most powerful engine ever installed in a production MINI.
With 228 bhp and a maximum torque of 236 ft-lbs., it can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in 5.9 Seconds with the automatic transmission. The Manual is actually two tenths of a second slower. The MINI Cooper Hardtop John Cooper Works also features a sports exhaust, a performance oriented suspension and specific design features.
